Hello!
I own a Supratek Grange preamp where I use 300B tubes (I like the sound from these MUCH better than the originally PX4).
Today I use TJ mesh plate 300B which sounds very good, but in this preamp (which has VERY high gain) they are very microphonic.
Has anyone tested different 300B's for microphonics and could share some thoughts/recommandations?
Of course it would be nice if the tubes also sounded good :-)
