I use Sovtek 12ax7LPS in the Cornet I built, and will try them in the CAT. I used these in the Cornet because they were suggested (and sound good there), but made a mistaken assumption that all Sovtek 12AX7s were disliked. Since then, I have learned that a number of folks like the LPS (but not any other Sovtek 12AX7s.) Apologies for my mistake.
