No, most 12AX7 types have folded straight wire heaters, the 7025 is an exception. Look closely at the heater inside a 7025 or 12AX7LPS, you can see the end of the spiral just below the bottom of the cathode.
The spiral wound heater is supposed to reduce hum when heated by AC.
