I am not sure if my tubes are NOS or not. They are in what appears to be the original boxes (US Army Signal Corps military boxes) with original cotton fiber padding etc. and I thought they were NOS.

When I showed them to one dealer at a hamfest he said he thought they were used pulls and pointed out some barely visible scratches on the tube pins. The tubes look brand spanking new to me. The other tubes in the lot were a mixture of NOS and good used pulls. The estate selling these tubes supposedly was that of a former radio station engineer. There were many small signal tubes (12AX7 etc.), a few 6550 tubes, many 6080 tubes, and a few other old US Army signal corps 4 pin tubes that don't seem to be used in audio applications. All that I have tested have been fine.

I think I have 5 or 6 VT4C tubes. Some of the boxes are falling apart more than others. I could email you some pictures of the tubes. Contact me directly via email if you are interested.
