Is this a Raytheon made 5814 or a relabel?

Wonder if more knowledgeable inmates can help me ID this tube. It has yellow lettering and says Raytheon.
It is dated 57-23. The CK 5814 looks like some kind of gov't contract tube order?
I was not sure if the two mica Raytheons were made in 1957.
Did other companies make them? CBS?
It appears to be two mica blackplate with square getter.
The whole CBS/Hytron/Raytheon thing in the 50's gets fuzzy for me.
