I am allways thinking of ways to store tubes in a safe & effecient manner w/out the purchase of tube boxes. One might say tube boxes are cheap..But when you get into the larger tubes & large quanity of them, it becomes expensive quick.I suppose it just makes me mad that I cannot as of yet figure out a good way to package them up using a DIY method that is functional, cheap & effecient. I have to be able to get at my tubes easily. Not cool when bedrooms start been dedicated to Triodes laying side by side & taking all the floor space in that room. What do all of you do to store tubes.? Surely someone has broke the tube box usage gig..?
