Raytheon 5814

I've found the early Raytheon 5814 to be the best I've tried in my Audio Note M1 preamp. I've tried many others including Telefunken, Amperex, Mullard, RCA, Radio Techniques, Ediswan, Tung-Sol but I find the Raytheon 5814 the best in the M1. The triple mica Raytheon 5814a and Raytheon black plate 12AU7A are also nice tubes. As always, it depends on where you are using them. The Raytheon 5814 is pictured.
