Sovtek 6922 is okay, it can be harsh and thin on top on some gear. JJ 6922 is good warmer tube. The best quality current production is the EH6922, which is a 6H23EV tube, it is exteremly quiet, extended but not harsh, great sound stage and resolution. It's all depending on your system, if you want balance, try EH. If you want warm sound, then try JJ.
