Please help with Holland 5AR4 codes

I have a pair of Holland-made 5AR4 tubes, dual "D" getters and getter flashing which is a sort of bronze hue. They are brown base and branded "Marconi".
Factory code for both is:
f33
Date codes are:
X9L and L0B
Does anyone know the factory city location and dates of these tubes?
