The standard advice is to replace the filter caps, replace the selenium rectifiers (if any, and I don't think your Scott has any), clean it up, test the tubes, get it biased, then listen to it! After you've listened to it for a while, think about upgrading the capacitors and resistors.I've never been a fan of 7591s, but I sure am a fan of Scott. You've probably got a very nice amp there.
