Probably will work fine in the line stage where there is open loop gain to burn. I would be wary of using them in the phono stage except for the last stage which IIRC is a cathode follower, because the RIAA EQ is designed taking into account the open loop gain of the 12AX7 tubes which is a bit higher (mu of 100 vs. 70) than the 5751. Substituting 5751s in the first two stages of the phono may worsen the RIAA EQ.
