Need help identifying a 12AU7 tube

It is double mica.
Has black plates.
Has a horse shoe getter which is on top and attached on one side.
Has a small octagon label near top with " 12AU7 " inside.
The octagon is shaped like a stop sign-not the wider octagon.
The rest of the label is worn off.
I think I am using the terms above correctly.
I know it is not any special NOS, but I am not sure what it is. It came with my Hagerman Cornet when I bought it and I forgot what he told me it was.
Any help is appreciated. I went through the tube pictures at Tubemonger and did not see anything like it, but am not sure.
