Can anyone tell me about the origins of a set of tubes I recently bought? They are labeled "made in Japan," branded "Ad Yu," they have gold pins, o-getters, and have four Amperex style ridges on top of the tube. The construction definitely looks like the have Amperex origins and they sound excellent. All I've found out about Ad Yu is that they were a Japanese test equipment manufacturer.
