Sherlock,This is the kind of item that German ebay is quite good at. But the closest I see at the moment:

I don't know the ECC35/6SL7GT, but I wonder if the Brimar might be Mullard supplied?
Someone else to ask would be Derek at Watford Valve. He lists three kinds of 6SL7GT including 50's RCA for 10 Pounds. Sometimes he will have things not in the general list.
