Hello,
I have an MG Head DT that never used to buzz... all of a sudden, there's a buzz in the left channel. I tried swapping the EL34s, (I only have those 2) but the noise did not change channels. When I turn the amp on, immediately the sound is very loud, then it quiets down a bit over the next 15 seconds or so, but it's still quite obtrusive. If I turn the amp off, the noise is still there and gradually fades off. If I turn it off and immediately yank the power cord, the buzz disappears instantly. I tried changing the channels on my headphones, so I know it's not them.
What do you think?
