No, it should be just fine. Also check the internal construction of the Korean vs Japanese made tubes. You'll likely find them to be identical. I bought a spare set for that amp. The originals were Korean made and the spares were Japanese made. Internally, they look identical. Sound wise, they sound identical. Only thing I would do for piece of mind would be to use a Korean and Japanese together for each channel rather than all Japanese in one channel and all Korean for the other. Again, I doubt it will make any difference anyway but you'll definitely be fine that way.
