Don't forget the Svetlana 12AX7 in the JD100. This is actually one of the better current production tubes I have used in this machine. I know they are available from thetubestore.com and maybe from New Sensor also but I have not looked around. I would put these on your list of tubes to audition. There price is consistant with the other current production 12AX7 variations.I don't do much with 6DJ8/6922 so cannot comment here but I do like my JAN Philips that I use in testing the older Jolida 302/502 amplifiers I modify or service that use these in the input stage.
