greetings,i have a tweaked out 834p and one of the best tweaks was nos tubes. so i spent about $20 each and got rid of 12ax7's all together. i put a sylvania gold brand 5751 in v1, a used cbs 7025 in v2 and a raytheon 5814 in v2. another effective and easy tweak is a shielded power cord, i made my own, but beldon makes a good and inexpensive one.
