Even given the risk factor, it's amazing that it only received three bids with a high bid of $31.50. However, it can be explained by a very poor category choice, bad title for a number of reasons ("United Electronic JAN CUE845 VT243") and ship to USA. BTW, that seller is not naive about tubes. In this case, you would want it to be someone who knows nothing about them.My recent good tube buys on eBay (all were BIN):
