I modified a Dynaco Stereo 35. I installed a choke for the lowly resistor in-between electroyltic sections. Next, AuriCap capacitors. Additionally, some quality resistors. Best preamp tubes were Mullard 7247s. The only 6BQ5/EL84 that sounded good was GE grey oval plate 6BQ5.Before the mods- yuk. After the mods, an acceptable amp that was a bit edgy sounding. Nothing to get excited about, however nice looking little amp.
