SP16 - Tube Rolling

I intend to do some tube rolling for my ARC SP16 (with phono) and have the follwoing questions:
1)I listen to vinyl and mainly fusion jazz, classic rock, some vocals & some metal. I have a Vandersteen 2CE sig and Plinius SA100MK2. What tubes(12AX7) would you suggest ?
2) In my SP16, the tube position are V1, V2, V3, V4, V5 and V6. The V4/V5/V6 are the phono section and V1/V2/V3 are the line stage. For the phono section & line section, which tube should I change first ? I understand that there is such a thing called "cathode followers" which does not require to have good tubes or does not change the characteristic of the sound. Can you identify which position is this tube located ?
