Fisher 101 B hookup

I have just got a fisher amp, seriously I am not sure how to hook up this unit.

How do you hook up the speakers? L/R Pos/Neg and how about the tuner and Phono?

I dont want to mess this unit up so any help appreciated.

Took a lotta guts to post this but I dont know about tubes and wanna be safe.
