Output power of Rickenbacher amp?

Hi,
I'm trying to identify a very old Rickenbacher guitar amp for a freind. The amp was probably made before 1940. We're assuming this because the amp came with a 1939 Silver Hawiaan laptop steel guitar that has been positively identified as a 1939 NS-100 model. We "think" that the amp may be a 1938 model 200A with a power output of 15 watts. The tubes are a 5V4GC rectifier, 6N7 driver and a pair of 6L6 metal tubes. Does this tube compliment sound like it would put out about 15 watts per channel considering that it was designed and built in the 1930s?
Thanks,
Bob Samuelson
