Room Size - Paradigm Ref. Studio 100's

My listening room is 12'x 8'x 14' (WxHxD). Is this size too small for the Paradigm Studio 100's to "breathe" properly? I would like very much to move away from using bookshelf speakers and move into using full-range floor-standing speakers for the main left & right channels (and maybe rears as well). I am developing a greater interest in listening to music in my home whereas 99% of the time, I've been watching movies. I've always had Paradigm speakers, and I regard them very well. So for anyone with experience/advice, can the Studio 100's perform well in a room this size (enclosed; i.e. no openings into other areas of the house)?
