Hey Stuart,Thanks alot for the advice. The problem I'm having is identifying WHICH of the caps on the main PCB are the power supply caps. Once I've got those nailed down I'll replace with better quality caps (either same or double-value). I'd thought of using Nichicon. Will BG provide that much improvement over Nichicons (they're certainly more expensive)?
