Actually, mine are the RTi38's. I've also owned a pair of Paradigm Monitor 5v2's. The Paradigm was better in every respect. I think it's one of the best values in affordable speakers out there. However, both of these are rather large bookshelf speakers. I should also point out that the Polk 38's retail for $380 while the Paradigm 5's retail for $525. The Polks would make for a very nice home theater set-up. They are by no means a bad speaker. You might want to hear the Paradigm MiniMonitor. At around $325, it should do all the things the Polks do with maybe a little better midrange. Paradigm's are tough to beat when it comes to budget speakers.
