I'm going to assume you have your terminology correct...
Can you identify any other manufacturers that supply replacement tweeter diaphragms? ASSUMING you could separate the diaphragm from the voicecoil (unlikely), fit-tolerance between the diaphragm/voicecoil assembly and the voicecoil gap is so small that I doubt any home user could get it right. I would guess there's some yield loss (incorrect alignment) even with factory assembly.
