The Adire HE 10.1 kit ($299.00 without cabinet, cabinet kit is available from DIY cable for another $150 or so) makes sense--it is 95 dB efficient. I'm assembling a pair now. The one I've almost finished sounds very promising, in spite of my faulty woodwork. The Paradox speakers have an 8 ohm impedance and have many loyal supporters. With 30 watts, you don't need extremely efficient speakers, 88dB should be fine for most purposes. Within these criteria, there are many choices.
