Dear buddd,I am a professional loudspeaker designer and I would be happy to assist you. Just answer the following questions:
If I understand correctly, you would like to use the attic as the subwoofer 'cabinet'. Is this correct?
If so, will the holes for the drivers be in the wall or ceiling of your listening room?
Are you planning on building an active subwoofer?
If so, do you already have a subwoofer amp in mind or are you open to suggestions?
How much are you planning on investing in driver(s) and amp?
Once you answer these questions, the rest of the design is relatively simple and I can help you.
