Is it worth rebuilding these Mirage M3si speakers?

Was given a pair that need new woofers and mid range drivers. Looks to be a little over $400 in parts. I know I should do it, but they are cosmetically about a 7. So, how will they sound, especially compared to my Magnepan M2's?
