Can cable length cause noticeable L/R output difference?

General speaker questions for audio and home theater.

Hi all,
I'm running about 9 ft. of bi-wired Audioquest Type 4+ cable to my left channel and 17 ft. to my right. I realize that they should be the same length...but is this difference enough to cause an audible difference in output level? I am hearing my left speaker as distinctly louder than my right and am looking for the reason.
