Spendor S3/5's versus Spendor S3's?

These folks must be awfully busy at Spendor. Only a short while ago they introduced the Spendor 3/5 and now all of a sudden the Spendor S3 comes along.
Has anyone had any experience with the S3? I posted a while back on the S3/5 and got quite a few responses. Thank you.
I happened onto a review of the S3 in one of the British audio magazines. It looks promising. I own a pair of the Harbeth HL - P3's and to all afffects and purposes they seem similiar.
One other question: Has Spendor been sold to the Chinese?
