Celestion can at least point you to a dealer that may have some replacement parts kicking around. Unfortunately, Celestion is a different animal than it once was. You might want to also contact companies that supply DIY kits, such as Solen or Madisound. You might not find the exact DL8 driver, but a close match is closer than one might think.
