I just checked www.avalonacoustics.com and didn't see the notice. My first inkling of the existence of this model was a dealer ad in the new Stereophile I saw at the newsstand, since my subscription copy hasn't arrived yet. I assume this will use the new Accuton "Diamond" tweeter, which is listed at dealer Dillon Acoustics as being retail $2800 EACH, so the speaker could be expected to be VERY expensive, certainly way out of MY league, anyway.
