I have a PW2200 and I like it. It is more for HT, but for a mid level sub I must say that it is very musical. I don't care for Def tech's subs in that a few of them I have heard had plently of slam, but lacked the musicality of other subs I have heard. The PF15TL was not bad at all when I heard Twister through it, but when music was player, I was not impressed with the definition of the mid to low bass. If you are going to use a sub just for HT, then the Def Tech might be the way to go.
