Holy guacomole--the N800

Faced with a very good offer from my dealer--full value on the N802 toward trading up for the N800--I am trying to resist the temptation by not demoing the things. My curiosity got the better of me today and I decided to have a quick look on my lunch hour. The workmanship and build is really several notches above the others in the series. They make the N802 seem fragile by comparison! I ran out of there before listening. If they sound as improved as it appears they are. . .
Any words of wisdom from those who have heard the N800 as for whether this upgrade is "worth" it? Is resistance futile?
