Well I absolutely love my Titan II. I can't imagine a better subwoofer for blending in without calling attention to itself. If I was you, I'd try to come up with the extra $200 for the II. It plays like a pair of Titans for only $200 more. I also like having the filters be able to adjust to the lower frequencies. Don't know much about the Adire. I'm guessing the SVS would play louder but I don't know if it would integrate as well. As to the Titan cabinets, they are high furniture quality gorgeous.
