Those speakers like to be spread very far apart and very far into the room. Which can be a problem if your your room is not wide and long. Also, if that amp is a 300B and I am sure those are not the best transformers on it, then you may also have a problem really driving the speakers. i have heard those set up quite a few times at Sound by Singer and at Audio Outlet. I heard them with a Cary 805C and that was not enough juice to keep the bass articulate. The speakers did disappear and soundstage well but again, they were well into the room and very far apart whilst being far from the sidewalls. Again, this can be a problem if you don't have a large dedicated listening room.
