What's your budget? How loud do you like to listen? Room size? With this info, it would be easier to make a suggestion. While I owned the Aerius, I found it to be a neutral, medium efficient speaker. It could be mated with a clean neutral ss amp, or medium powered (80 to 120 wpc) tube amp off the 4 ohm tap.
SS suggestions: Sim Audio, GamuT, Threshold, Plinius, McCormack, McIntosh
Tube: most anything with 80 to 120 watts and a 4 ohm tap. I heard good stuff from Quicksilver, VTL, CJ, and VAC through my old Aerius i's.
