these Infinity are excellent "vintage" loudspeakers. There is still a shop in California that offers parts and re-foaming of the speaker rubber surrounds (Google it). Unless you are building a Vintage system, there are better speakers. I am a Thiel loudspeakers guy- check out the CS 2.4, CS 2.7 or CS 3.7 models if you get an opportunity (you will not regret it!).
