Last major Tannoy "takeover" By the horrid Harmon Corporation.. Seriously set the Brand back Decades.
Ditto for all the other venerable brands they absorbed.
Arguable if they Ever Recovered from this.. IMO they didn't.
This takeover has effectively ended it.. except for the "Name' which will be further devalued, likely into obscurity.
