RE: Any differences or preferences regarding Rel vs rythmik sealed subwoofers

Here comes another guy with an opinion.
I tried mightily to get subs to integrate well with planars (KLH 9s; Maggies; Sound Labs; Acoustats). I discovered that the radiation pattern makes a big difference. Maggies are Open-Baffle. IMO you need an OB sub to match up with them. I'm using a GR REsearch (Rythmik) OB sub and I am delighted with it.
