You are right. What is wrong is my right ear with reduced hearing and hum. Balance adjustment does not work. But luckily I like the single speaker setup. The ear people say there is no satisfactory hearing aid for the single ear problem. May be very expensive solutions but at my age not recommended. There goes one channel!
