EV offered plans of some (perhaps many)of their earlier enclosures. I don't see the Sentry III but they do have a pretty complete legacy document database online, and it is searchable.

Take a look at docs on the link below; one is the basic documentation for the Sentry III "Series II". No cabinet plans, but perhaps of interest... also other Sentry models might be of interest to the OP(?).
