Here is the deal, I had MAdisound do a leap for me, not only that, I had them build the crossovers. This was twelve years ago. The reason I chose the Audax midrange was because at the time they didn't have anything with enough efficiency to run with my two 10 inch woofers on the bottom, both with 95 db. There are no high-end Audio stores where I live. I have nothing to compare this to...
Thinking about going with another Audax midrange, it is an 8 inch. It is the only thing Madisound has currently with enough efficiency for my set-up, and running a 5 inch ribbon on top.
Every time I sit down to listen to my system, I think, Wow, this sounds great.
I was just looking for some honest opinions on the 6.5 inch Audax sound quality. I have gotton some opinions here and I appreciate it!Still like more input Thanks
