When I upgraded to Merlins I sold my NHT Classic Three's ($900) to an individual that wall mounted them. He emailed back that they sounded great mounted to the wall. Here is text from NHT's brochure: Mounting: Classic Threes have a pair of 1/4" #20 metal inserts on the back, specically spaced to accommodate the mounting plate of the Omnimount 20.0 wall mount and ceiling mount - both mounts are available on nhthi .com or your delaler/installer. nhthifi dot com. Hope this gives you an option. Don't know if they have a return policy. Also watch for B Stock.
