Looking forward to your impressions. I have been toying with getting the ELAC B5 for my vacation home. Driving with a Music Reference RM-5 and a W4S ST-500. Clearly the front end will be a notch above the ELACs but I am limited by WAF to bookshelf speakers (the smaller the better).
I had been using the same front end for my MG3.7i with great results but now use a ARC SP16 as the pre (I needed remote control) along with a 2nd ST500. Prior to the 3.7i I was actively biamping MG-IIIa with the two ST500s.
