Apparently there were some ongoing 'issues' between their previous distributor and ProAc which could not be resolved and resulted in none of their product being brought into the US for the past several years. So they recently broke off their arrangement and have contracted The Sound Organisation as their new US distributor. They are in the process of getting current ProAc speakers out to both existing and new dealers for the line.
