They are probably the best sounding near field monitors I ever heard in 25 years of working in edit rooms. Bi-amped internally and built like tanks. I am always looking for old examples online. A pair of the 8010A (which would be the modern equivalent of what I used) are small but amazing. I think they go for 800-1000 bucks a pair or something like that and well worth it IMO.
