Basically the Sigma's were a 250 lbs beefed up version of the 190 lbs SC-IV/A's. If I remember correctly, the cabinet walls were twice as thick and the crossovers were revised for about a $2,000 premium. Even though the bass was noticeably cleaner than the SC-IV/A's, the SC-V's still gave a better overall presence that was immediately obvious on side by side comparisons.
I too have never known anyone else that owned the Sigma's and have never seen them for sale or online anywhere.
As for posting about the Magnus, I've spent many hours scanning my own paper literature/flyers/handouts on all things Dunlavy and posting them on that AVSforum site for all to read/enjoy. It was satisfying to do at the time, but I stopped just past the halfway mark and could never really get back in the mood again to continue.
